3D Posters are mounted canvas prints of the artist’s original work, treated post-production with fluorescent medium and painted by hand. In daylight or typical lighting they look like a regular print of the original work, but they are unique art works once the lights are off and black-light shows the hidden image. Some versions depicted here might be slightly different in reality, as they are done by hand and intentionally different. Looking at the poster through 3D glasses, the glowing image comes forth and becomes alive.

DUSK AND DAWN

A depiction of a dream about life and death, “Dusk and Dawn” gives us two characters, who could easily carry those names. A rooster (albeit unusual and mythical) representing the “dawn” or the early part of life, and an old wise lady who is looking at the face of death and straight at us. The black color of the bird’s feathers insinuates that life is born out of death and that they are a part of a larger system that rules everything.
